והיה עקב תשמעון את המשפטים האלה וכו', עם ניקב את העקב -- האותיות אחרונות של המילים האלו --בנת"מ -- בגמטריא נ נח נחמ נחמן מאומן ע"ה!

The Parsha starts by saying that we should listen to the heels (the end) of what is being detailed, so taking the last letters of these words, beit of eikev, nun of tishmi-oon, tuv of ess, and mem of hamishputim, we get the numerical value of Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman (491 and the inclusive)!
