Why was he called R' Yisroel Czek, because czek means happy, he was always so happy. Even though his devotion was to cry to Hashem Yisburach the entire day, pouring out tears which literally drenched the floor, he was utterly excited and happy and joyous, so much so that that is how people knew him - R' Yisroel Czek! May his merit stand for us and all of Israel Amen.
