It is extremely important not to tell others of wrongdoings one has done, only to do confession before the true tzaddik and before HY. When people want to tell me things, I warn them very strongly against this, and refuse to hear. Even still sometimes they manage to blurt things out, and in this case it has a happy ending. Someone told me that he had been completely overcome with lust, and he was capitulating past the point of no return, and at the very last second when he thought he was for sure lost, his whole being screamed: NO! He does not want this! - And he struck his hand with all his might at whatever was before him, almost breaking his arm, and causing a serious abrasion and swelling that remained for sometime after - and the sharp intense pain brought him out of the whole crazy mindset that he had been trapped in, and he actually escaped before losing everything.
