When the contemporary rabbis ostracized the Ramchal he was forced to leave Padua (-gematria Uman) and he went to Amsterdam where the Sefardic community made him their Rabbi (they were utterly dismayed that the rabbis had forbidden him to divulge any secrets of the Kabala).

Amsterdam is gematria Na NaCh NaChMa NaChMaN 

and he was coming from Padua gematria Uman.

This is one example how the Ramchal was a harbinger of Na NaCh NaChMa NaChMaN MAyUMaN 

אמסטרדם בגמטריא נ נח נחמן - והוא בא מפדואה ע"ה בגמטריא אומן, הרי קיים בעצמו נ נח נחמ נחמן מאומן. זה דוגמא אחת איך שהרמח"ל כבר היה מכין בשביל רבינו הקדוש נ נח נחמ נחמן מאומן.

Therefore what is going on in Amsterdam is clearly a strong message to take up the holy call of Na NaCh NaChMa NaChMaN MAyUMaN
