Pure Simple Faith

Rabbainu revealed that faith in HY should be absolutely pure and simple. Lihavdil (to make a strong barrier and distinction) there are heathen religions that quite erroneously demand people to just accept their religion on pure faith. So why exactly (- i.e. everyone feels in their heart the huge difference, but might have some difficulty verbalizing it) is the former so correct and the latter so very wrong?!

HY is the One and Only G-d, He is the absolute entity which all of existence is included in Him. That means that faith in HY is the paradigm of simplicity. So therefore when a person has simple faith, it is faith in the One and only, this is faith in faith itself. There is no need to know more, just that He is the G-d of Israel – for this is the way of stating and establishing this truth that G-d is absolutely One, as His unity is reflected in Israel. Any other religion has some monkey wrench that is thrown in with equations and whatnot, one must accordingly have faith in something other than faith itself, he must have faith in whatever it is they are pushing.

Today in the news, it was revealed that one of the holy founding fathers of America, his honor and grace... Thomas Jefferson, had slept with his slave, and had at least one child from her. No surprises here, but even still it drove home strongly how fortunate we Jews are to have the holy true tzaddikim, and the holy Torah, and the holy very simple and wholesome Jewish lifestyle. How we must revel in the fortune we were born into, and guard our faith and lifestyle with Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman!

Everyone knows that we don't live forever, and after we pass away we are assessed to see where is most appropriate for us to continue. Obviously this is very intense, to have our lives presented for inspection, and so we think that how shameful can it be, after all we are human and the truth of G-d is very hidden, and we had our own struggles day in and day out, so maybe we could have done a little better, or even a lot better, but that's life.

Wrong. In the future world, the truth of G-d is going to be so crystal clear, it is in fact the utter reality, nothing else, and we are going to see how the Torah was literally staring at us in our face and heart, and was never distant from us, not even the breadth of hair. The solution that we needed was not complicated at all, it was right there in front of us. What were we thinking?! The shame is going to be overwhelming G"F.

Rabbainu laughed at all the big scientists and philosophers, he said, let's see their reaction if one dead person would be allowed to come down between them, and they'd see how he would pray and pray….
