Don't be like Korach -- warning against neutralizing gender!

Moshe told Korach
 קרח טז:ה) בקר וידע ה' את אשר לו)
In the morning G-d will make known who will serve Him.
Rashi brings a Medrash:
בקר - אמר להם משה: גבולות חלק הקדוש ברוך הוא בעולמו, יכולים אתם להפך בקר לערב? כן תוכלו לבטל את זו, שנאמר (בראשית א) ויהי ערב ויהי בקר... ויבדל. כך (דברי הימים כג) ויבדל אהרן להקדישו וגו' עכ"ל
Moshe told them that HY put borders in His world. Can you change morning into evening? So too can you change this....

The Zohar expounds on this, that the Priesthood which Korach coveted is the aspect of the right (chessed- kindness), whereas a regular leviite is of the aspect of the left (din - judgment). Right and left are not to be changed.

The Torah forbids anyone to be like Korach (17:5).

Thus we learn that one is forbidden to go transgender (besides for the prohibition of castration, and besides for the prohibition of cross-dressing, and besides for all the other moral prohibitions that come part and parcel with this, like not looking at women etc.).

Today especially it is fundamental to be loyal to the true tzadik, and all the movements of feminism, lgbt and the like which wish to contort the standards and roles of the creation are rooted in the sin of Korach - the mutiny, rebellion, and disloyalty to the tzadik.

Today's Modern Increasingly Se*less Society

Today's society is increasingly se*less, gender neutrality – the men don't have beards and resemble women (as stated in the holy Zohar), and their roles are increasingly feminine, and with the advent of women's lib and the general trends of the day, women are increasingly playing masculine roles. Also the growing confusion of people's se*ual identity. All of this is demonstrative of the increasing revelation of the partzufim (Divine Countenances) of Atik Yoamin and Erech Anpin who are one with their feminine attributes (in Atik the feminine is in the back, and in Erech Anpin, on the left, whereas in all the lower countenances the male and female each have their own distinct countenance). See Adir Bamurom (page 390, 398) that the real events take place only in Atik, but because of the sin there are so many layers, but even still all the unifications only take place in Atik, and in the future this will once prevail. The Ramchal says (page 400) that this is why initially Adam couldn't find an “aizehr <helper> kinegdoa <corresponding, opposing>” because the hanhaga (G-d's ruling the world) was still undiluted from Atik and Arich, where there is barely a division of se*es, both masculine and feminine traits share the same countenance, so in order for Adam to have a female mate – a “kinegdoa”, there has to be a division of the se*es, which is created by the further development of the world as we know it – the further concealment of the unity of H”Y from what is so apparent under the Countenances of Atik and Arich. But ultimately the world will return, and this is probably what we are starting to see reflected in today's society. From this you can go deeper and start to understand how so many people today are trying to even change their se*, as the Roash/beginning/male of the hanhaga is nearing its revelation in the Soaf/end/female, the lines are becoming blurred, and this is being reflected in peoples bodies.

Transgender

One of the most highly regarded works in Brisk and the Yeshivos is the Minchas Chinuch (my father gives lectures on this book, and many have been recorded and are available online on frumtube or koshertube), which analyzes the mechanics of the mitzvos. Very, very often the Minchas Chinuch presents different approaches and in order to show why and how it actually makes a difference which way you see it, he resorts to the case of a tumtum (se**al organs covered and unknown) and androgeenus (having both)- where according to one approach such people would be obligated and according to the other approach they would be exempt, or vice versa.

So maybe all the learning of the Minchas Chinuch was instrumental in an oblique way to the sexual mayhem prevalent today, or as a true yeshiva person would say: If people would be learning more from the Minchas Chinuch, the world would be spared the craziness of people actually going that way.

There could be another facet. For time immemorial the world was led to believe that learning Torah is more important than prayer. In recent times Rabbi Nachman has made it abundantly clear that prayer - for spirituality - is much higher. Torah is the aspect of the male, and prayer is the aspect of female. So now that the world is make the transformation, and shifting its focus to favor prayer over Torah, this effects all the echelons of society, ultimately bringing severe identity crisis and issues to some of those more prone to confusion, may the Holy Merciful One spare us and save us and redeem us very soon.

Words without borders - se*less words

According to the kabbala letters and words are the basic key makeup of the world. In Hebrew there are (with a few exceptions, like the sun, wind, fire -- see Rashi beginning of this weeks Torah portion - VaYishlach) masculine and feminine words (I wonder how long that's going to go uncontended), and obviously this plays out to huge ramifications in the all of creation. English, the most spoken language does not differentiate between se*es, so it was just a matter of time for us to see the mayhem the world is experiencing particularly in the western world, where the lines between se*es is being blurred.

Rabbainu clearly associates and attributes the bad traits of the nations to their languages (see for example Torah 19 in Likutay Moharan) in the collective defection of the holiness of the covenant (circumcision), so it follows that English, which is the collect all, melting pot, of so many languages, would do away entirely with the conduit to the separation which is the composition of holiness. Today's results full blown results were inevitable, just a matter of when they would surface and show their colors.
