Torah 253- Sleep Tight
Lessening sleep lessens sexual desire
Lessening sleep causes the mind to be dire
A fire of lust is ingrained him
From the beginning of his creation
An increase of slumber has the same effect
To keep that burning desire in check
Both increase and decreasing damage the mind
Only advice left is to sleep tight

Against the blazing lust that's not worthwhile
