223 - When the tzadik needs to request from Hashem, blessed be He
When the tzadik needs to request from Hashem, blessed be He, it can be that they do not fulfill his request because sometimes hears and sometimes not etc. (Zohar Vayeira 105:). But there is a tzadik who can decree and say I say that it should be so (Numbers 6): "Thus you shall bless etc. say to them" that is that I say that it should be so "G-d bless you and keep you" etc. amen.
