229 - Know that there are trees that when they make from them a bed

Know that there are trees that when they make from them a bed, they are segula (propitious) for birth of children and to raise them and so to the opposite there are that are not segula etc. and this is hinted in the verse: "Shaol asked the man for us and for our birth" [Genesis 43 Bereishis Parsha 91]. Even the woods of our cradles he revealed to us because by the woods of the bed by this the segula of birth as above.
