Blossoms of the Spring - Letter 78

 Letter 78

 

BH. The night [Motza’ei] following Shabbos and the holy Yom Kippur, [5]724 (September 28, 1963).

 

In honor of the president of Israel, the apple of my eye and heart, Mr. S. Z. Shazar – who desires for the clear, pure, and brilliant truth; and [who is] wise, and he understands where the absolute truth resides; and he bore [thereby putting himself at risk, see Deuteronomy 24:15] his heart and mind to the Tzaddik, and he has cast away from himself his wisdom and intellect opposite the Tzaddik, the True Sage – which before Him and after Him no one has arose like Him – who burns and nullifies all sorts of errors, quandaries, heresies, and false beliefs, and He instills the truth in the world, and He reverses absolute evil people into absolute Tzaddikim, and He rectifies the entire world to the utmost perfection.

 

God in His compassion should guide you along the straight path to the point of truth, which is the main tranquility and inheritance of no end or bounds.

 

Fortunate are you and good for you, that you have merited to a great salvation for eternity – to be in the portion of Rabbeinu, the extremely awesome and exalted one etc., and you have merited this year as well to thrust your head within His holy Kibbutz [gathering] amidst self-sacrifice of your soul and honor – which this ascends above everything, and there is nothing greater than this.

 

Please my brother, the delight of my heart, thoroughly remember all the things and wondrous and awesome causes that you have seen with your eyes pertaining to the matter of the revelation of the secret of the greatness [and] awesomeness of the True Tzaddik, the new light that is sequestered, hidden, and concealed from all the worlds.

 

Be extremely strong and courageous to steal for yourself some time in order to study the words of Rabbeinu Zatza”l – which each and every word is like a letter written to His friend and student, and there are in them all sorts of solutions and salvations that are of necessity every day and at all times; and to endeavor with all your strength to build His matters, and in particular to spread His wellsprings outwards. The day is short and the work is much, and if not now, then when – for time goes and rumbles, and our years are like a passing shadow, and nothing will remain except for this that you will grab truth in your heart. And if the truth is cast earthward, and it is prohibited to reveal such words to one who’s heart is divided from this, [then] all the more so we have what to rejoice with at all times, throughout all that passes over us – [this] that God had compassion on us and He separated us from the strayers, those who argue against such truth.

 

With a blessing for a good final seal and a happy Holiday, and [I] pray constantly on behalf of your wellbeing and success in this [world] and the upcoming [world].

ב"ה מוצאי שבת ויום הכיפורים הקדוש תשכ"ד

לכבוד נשיא ישראל בת עיני וליבי מר ש.ז.שזר החפץ באמת הברור וזך וצח. וחכם ומבין האמת האמיתי היכן שורה, ונשא את ליבו ומוחו אל הצדיק, וסילק מעצמו חכמתו ושכלו נגד הצדיק החכם האמת, אשר לפניו ולאחריו לא קם כמוהו, ששורף ומבטל כל מיני טעויות ומבוכות וכפירות ואמונות של שקר, ומכניס האמת בעולם ומהפך רשעים גמורים לצדיקים גמורים ומתקן כל העולם בתכלית השלמות.

ה' ברחמיו יוליכך בדרך הישר אל נקודת האמת, שהוא עיקר המנוחה והנחלה בלי קץ וגבול.

אשריך וטוב לך שזכית לישועה רבה לנצח, להיות בחלקו של רבינו הנורא והנשגב מאד וכו' וזכית גם השנה לתחוב את ראשך בתוך הקיבוץ הקדוש שלו מתוך מסירת נפשך וכבודך, שזהו עולה על הכל ואין דבר גדול מזה.

נא אחי, חמדת ליבי, זכור היטב את כל הדברים והסיבות הנפלאות ונוראות שראית בעיניך בענין התגלות סוד גדולת נוראות הצדיק האמת אור החדש הגנוז וצפון ונעלם מכל העולמות.

חזק ואמץ מאד לגזול לך איזה עת לעיין בדברי רבינו זצ"ל, שכל דיבור ודיבור הוא כמו אגרת הנכתב לחברו ותלמידו, ויש בהם כל מיני עצות וישועות שצריכים בכל יום ובכל עת, ולהשתדל בכל כוחך לבנות ענייניו ובפרט להפיץ מעיינותיו חוצה. היום קצר והמלאכה מרובה, ואם לא עכשיו, אימתי, כי הזמן הולך והומה וימינו כצל עובר, ולא ישאר לך רק מה שתחטוף אמת בליבך. ואם האמת מושלך ארצה, ואסור לגלות דיבורים כאלה למי שליבו חלק מזה. בזה יש לנו לשמוח ביותר בכל עת, בכל אשר עובר עלינו. אשר חמל ה' עלינו והבדילנו מן התועים החולקים על אמת כזה.

בברכת גמר חתימה טובה וחג שמח, ומתפלל  תמיד על שלומך והצלחתך בזה ובבא.
