HH on Shabbos I warily read a book explaining the Rishash kabbalah, the commentary by a contemporary rabbi who I think gives lectures on the Tanya..... He has an extremely simple and clear delivery which is evidence of genius.
His main principles very much mirror the teachings of Rabbainu, without mentioning him.
Towards the end of the book he explains that in the highest worlds there is no ChaBaD - just temimus and peshitus (simple wholesome wholeheartedness) and that is the highest devotion. He elaborates and builds on this.
Really awesome to see a simple tenet of NaNaCh proven to be the absolute highest paradigm by a leading kabbalist of today...
