Letter 125

 

Baruch Hashem. 23 Elul, [5]731 (Monday – Sep. 13, 1971).

 

In honor of the president of Israel, the delight of my heart and the crown of my head, Mr. S. Z. Shazar – who carries his soul to the hidden wisdom of the Gushing Stream, [the] Source of Wisdom who promised us that through Him the Torah will not be forgotten from the Jewish people. God should bless you from Zion with a good and blessed year, with good and long life.

 

My beloved, my brother, my heart and soul, be strong and courageous, rejoice, yes rejoice with all [your] strength, with happiness beyond all bounds, in the greatness of God’s loving-kindness that He has bestowed upon you – in that you have merited to such a good gift, to know and believe in the True Leader, [a] Gushing Stream – which in His extremely awesome merit and power, God will certainly not forsake you: not in this world and neither in the future world. For He goes before us, and He said prior to His passing, “Since I am going before you, what do you have to worry about”. And know that our wonderchild, ִEֵbay Hanachal [Blossoms of the Spring], has already produced great effects in the world, and it is futured to be extremely cherished and esteemed in the coming generations after us.

 

Fortunate are we, oh how good is our portion in that we have come to the world at such a time when in it is being revealed the Light of Lights, brilliance of brilliance, wonder of wonders the likes of this – which He is the whole essential foundation and source of our lifeforce, hope, and consolation.

 

Horror and trembling have taken grip of me, and I have become crushed to an extreme extent from mass agony and bitterness of my heart which reaches until the heart of the heavens – when I see that after all the great and awesome good and wonders that the Master of Wonders has wondrously performed with us to inform us from such a new light – Nun”Nun[1] – which He is an awesome wonder, the highest of heights, that which transcends all the wonders from all the generations that were from the day of the world’s creation – nonetheless, after all this, a stormy wind and a great cloud has penetrated into our boundaries, which he, yes he, is the Satan, the chief slaughterer who tunnels and ambushes in order to butcher and slaughter the person from two worlds; and he wants to violate the covenant of our love and to vitiate and nullify, God forbid, such a strong and eternal attachment which God has kept [lit. placed] between us (for our good, and for the good of all the Jewish people wherever they are). For he hones in his eyes and gnashes his teeth on anyone who wants to enter the Chamber of the King, the King of the Jewish people and its Redeemer for all generations – [a] Gushing Stream. And know my brother that we need great mercy so that we merit to stand in defense of our lives to wage war with the Satan, the accuser, with great power and might in order to subdue, break, and nullify him with the utmost nullification. Who will give my eyes a source of tears and I will cry day and night over our many and immense sins and willful sins which have caused this bitter tragedy that affects us and all the Jewish people – until our sins will transform into merits through the power of the awesome Rabbeinu, [a] Gushing Stream, and we will merit anew to grasp and unify ourselves together with love, in truth and wholeheartedly in the True Leader who is sequestered and hidden.

הנושא את נפשו אל החכמה הגנוזה של הנחל נובע מקור חכמה אשר הבטיח לנו שעל ידו לא תשתכח תורה מישראל. יברכך ה" מציון בשנה טובה ומבורכה בחיים טובים ארוכים

אהובי אחי לבי ונשמתי חזק ואמץ ושמח תשמח בכל עוז בשמחה שאין לה קץ בגדולת חסדי ה" אשר גמל עליך שזכית למתנה טובה כזאת לידע ולהאמין בהמנהיג האמת נחל נובע אשר בזכותו וכוחו הנורא מאד בוודאי לא יעזוב ה" אותך לא בעולם הזה ולא בעלמא דאתי, כי הוא הולך לפנינו ואמר קודם הסתלקותו אז איך גייא פאר אייך וואס האט איר צו זאנרגין {מאחר שאני הולך לפניכם מה לכם לדאוג}.
ודע כי הילד הפלא שלנו אִבֶי הנחל כבר עושה פעולות גדולות בעולם ועתיד להיות חביב וחשוב מאד בדורות הבאים אחרינו.

אשרינו מה טוב חלקינו שבאנו לעולם בעת כזאת שנתגלה בו אור האורות צח הצחצחות פלא פלאות כזה שהוא כל עיקר יסוד ושורש חיותינו ותקותינו ונחמותינו;

חרדה וחלחלה אחזתני ונדכיתי עד מאד מרוב צער ומרירות לבי אשר עד לב שמים יגיע, בראותי כי אחרי כל הטובות ופלאות גדולות ונוראות אשר הפליא עמנו אדון הנפלאות להודיענו מאור חדש כזה נ"נ שהוא פלא נורא עלאה דעלאה העולה על כל הפלאות של כל הדורות שהיו מיום בריאת עולם, אעפ"כ אחרי כל זה חדר לתוך תחומינו רוח סערה וענן גדול שהוא הוא השטן שר הטבחים שחותר ואורב לטבוח ולשחוט את האדם משני העולמות ורוצה להפר ברית אהבתינו ולקלקל ולבטל ח"ו, קשר חזק ונצחי כזה אשר שם ה" בינינו (לטובתינו ולטובת כל ישראל בכל מקום שהם) כי הוא לוטש עיניו וחורק שיניו על כל מי שרוצה ליכנס בהיכלא דמלכא מלך ישראל וגואלו לדור דור נחל נובע. ודע אחי שאנחנו צריכים רחמים רבים שנזכה לעמוד על נפשינו ללחום עם השטן המקטרג בכח וגבורה גדולה להכניעו לשברו ולבטלו בתכלית הביטול. מי יתן עיני מקור דמעה ואבכה יומם ולילה על עונותינו ופשעינו הרבים והעצומים שגרמו הצרה המרה הזאת הנוגע לנו ולכל ישראל עד שיתהפכו עונותינו לזכיות בכח רבינו הנורא נ"נ, ונזכה מחדש להתאחז ולהתאחד יחד באהבה באמת ובלב שלם בהמנהיג האמת הגנוז והצפון
