200 - The Reason That the Tzadikim in This Time are Rich

The reason the tzadikim of our time are rich, while in earlier times most were poor and destitute, is hinted in the Mishnah (Avot 4:9): "All who fulfill the Torah from poverty will in the end fulfill it from wealth." The tzadikim of today are reincarnations of those from earlier times who fulfilled the Torah in poverty; thus, they now merit fulfilling it in wealth.
