227 - What they say when passing by the reapers G-d help

I heard in His name that He told in the name of one tzadik that expounded in the synagogue that what they say when passing by the reapers G-d help because there are wicked who are reincarnated in the grasses that grow on the roofs and they have no ascent, because they do not reap those grasses and this is aspects of "They shall be like grass of roofs etc. that did not fill the hand of the reaper etc. and did not say the passers the blessing of G-d" [Psalms 129] etc. because they do not reap them and do not say on them the blessing of G-d when passing by them and therefore they have no ascent but that produce that they reap, the passers say the blessing of G-d as above and by this they have ascent.
