Before Shabbos I met with LG Nanach by the Rashbi, and I explained to him the concept of someone having a spiritual fall in order that he gains association and connection to others of that lower standing in order to elevate them.
Then I saw in the Torah Portion of that week - Yisro, this verse which hints of this construct.
Yisro 19:24 And Hashem said to him <Moses> go down and you should come up, you and Aaron with you etc.
Amazing!
