Last week big tech and the progressives banned 6 books of Dr. Suess. Many people called this out as modern book burning. Only on Shabbos did I realize the significance of the timing of this saga. This Shabbos was Shabbos Para - when we read the section of the Torah about the red cow, which is from the beginning of the Torah portion of Chukas, which begins
זאת חקת התורה
Which the Targum renders
דא גזירת אוריתא
The Ramchal explains how this is the secret of the burning of the holy books throughout the ages.
Often this travesty would actually occur in the week of the reading of this portion.
So this is a sign that either these books of Dr. Suess actually contain some Torah values. Or this was an aspect of replacement in the aspect of ואתן אדם תחתיך ולאומים תחת נפשך
Isaiah 43:4, and BH the Torah escaped unscathed this week, and all the rage was poured out upon Dr. Suess.

There is so much civil unrest over here. So much misplaced anger and hatred.
seriously. it's toxic. what do I mean by toxic? I walk out of my apartment, and my first encounter with anyone is scowling... puffed up chests, boxer stances, people literally want to fight. People are giving mean looks to everyone. nobody trusts the police. people want to kill for some reason. they want to hurt one another, senselessly, needlessly. people get off on making someone feel bad. People get off on
anothers pain, or causing emotional trauma or any kinds of trauma. today, Trauma and delusion run america. TV over here is a portal directly to hell. If you want to see what americans value, watch TV for an hour. the value system here is steered towards lewd disgusting behavior. Lying is cool. stealing is cool. killing is cool.
They teach the kids this. In america, you must lie to win.
you must steal to win.
you must kill to win.
you must silence others to win.
HH try to look for and focus on the good. BH there is still plenty of good out there, and many people are fighting for the good, on many different levels. Of course the main thing is to rectify in the root - that is Na NaCh NaChMa NaChMaN MAyUMaN, but each person operates on their own level, and sometimes it's good to see them at work, and thus gain encouragement and hope for humanity.
