This I heard in the name of my late uncle R. Noach Weinberg of Aish Hatorah.
This seems to me very attributable to rabbis.... Personally I would say that it is like daydreaming, and we need Na Nach to fix our imagination and fantasy - as revealed in Likutay Moharan volume 2 Torah 8.
