Letter 149[1]

Baruch Hashem. 9 Nissan, [5]727 (Wednesday – April 19, 1967).

President[2] – in honor of the President of Israel, the delight of my heart and eyes, Mr. S. Z. Shazar – [who is] great in understanding and deep of thought in order to tunnel and find the waters which therefrom the holy faith will sprout for all the world’s comers – so that in these generations as well, all will recognize and know God; and they [the whole world] will all be formed into one union.

Who yearns, intensely desires, and covets to seek, search, quest, scout, and tunnel in order to find the mystiqueness and the concealment of the living, deep waters which enliven from the aspect of death – which are heresies and false beliefs; and from them [the aforementioned waters] the holy faith grows in the whole world; which heal [everyone]  from all the terrible and bitter diseases of the heresies and false beliefs; and they sprout the holy faith in the entire world: A strong and upright faith, a pure, brilliant, and clear faith – which this is all of our enlivenment and hope. Who can relate God’s acts of strength or His immense wonders and lovingkindnesses, in that we have merited to a New Light, so awesome, wondrous, [and] awesome, in this impoverished generation – that which all the previous generations haven’t merited thereto, to attain the Path of Life, the Path of the True Truth.

נשיא לכבוד נשיא ישראל חמדת לבי ועיני מר ש.ז שזר רב תבונה ועמוק המחשבה לחתור ולמצוא המים שמהם תצמיח האמונה הקדושה לכל באי עולם שגם בדורות אלו כולם יכירו וידעו את ה", ויעשו כולם אגודה אחת

הכוסף וחושק וחומד לדרוש ולחפש ולבקש ולתור ולחתור למצוא תעלומת והסתרת המים חיים עמוקים שמחיים מבחינת מיתה, שהוא כפירות ואמונות כוזביות, ומהם גדילה האמונה הקדושה בכל העולם, שמרפאים מכל תחולאים רעים ומרים של כפירות ואמונות כוזביות ומצמיחים בכל העולם האמונה הק" אמונה חזקה ונכונה אמונה זכה וצחה וברורה שזה כל חיותינו ותקוותינו. מי ימלל גבורות ה" ונפלאותיו וחסדיו העצומים שזכינו לאור חדש נורא פלא נורא כזה בדור העני הזה, מה שלא זכו לזה כל הדורות הקודמים להשיג דרך החיים דרך האמת האמיתי
