Noach
It is a segula (propitious) to read this Torah portion to chase away the impure spirit (Sefer Hamidos - Character - Klipa 10).
6:9 נֹחַ אִישׁ צַדִּיק: Noah was a righteous
man.
Even though Noach was a great tzadik as
were others, they did not merit to reveal the Blessed Divinity, only Abraham

The defect of stealing and the defect of
the bris (circumcision) are contingent upon each other, and through their
stealing they came to defect the bris

Noach needed to enter the ark because he did not merit to complete

This was the guarantee
of the rainbow, to extend the expertise of the expertise of rising/entering and
the expertise of going out
