 Letter 84

 

BH. 12 Adar [5]724 (Tuesday – February 25, 1964).

 

In honor of the president of Israel, the apple of my eye and heart, Mr. S. Z. Shazar – who has merited through great compassion and miracles from God, to feel <to a discerning feeling to believe> and to believe in the True Tzaddik, the Father of the Sages, and the Head for all the chosen Tzaddikim – the singular ones of the generations; and [who] tunnels with tremendous exertions, with a heart that blazes and burns like a fiery coal to magnify and make famous in the whole world the Name of the Tzaddik, the Baal HaBayis [Master of the House] of the World, and the charm, grandeur, beautification, and glory of the entire world – who reveals and enlightens His Divineness for all those that traverse the world <and the rectification of the world in completeness will be through Him>. May God finish what He started – to [deal] astonishingly with you [with] such wonders of wonders until you will merit to look upon the pleasantness of God. And the main rectification of the world in each and every generation is only through Him.

 

Everyone knows that there isn’t any fixity in this world, and inevitably one has to move on from here with the passing of a fleeting moment – for all the time isn’t accounted to be even one moment to one who focuses his heart and mind thoroughly to the flight of time, faster than a flying bird. And one must exceedingly overcome so as to not forget himself. Be very, very careful and guard your soul very much so, in order that you not forget <all the good, loving-kindnesses, miracles, and wonders that God has had compassion on you> at all times the magnitude of the loving-kindness and mercy that God, blessed He, has had compassion on you <that God has performed with you> to draw you close to the True Tzaddik - that which all of our days won’t suffice in order to give thanks and to extol over this.

 

Grab and eat, grab and eat the foods of the Tzaddik each and every day, whatever is possible – even in all the affairs and preoccupations that you have <and the great preoccupations>.

 

The klipa [husks – evil forces] of Haman Amaleik wants to overpower in each generation with atheisms and apostasies by way of the difficulties and analyzations – [that which] it isn’t possible to currently resolve them in any way. But God, blessed He, wages war with him in every generation and subdues him through the True Tzaddik, the aspect of Moses and Mordechai – who has merited to such a high level until He can draw His Oneness, blessed He, even to extremely, extremely estranged places, into the forcefulness of the overpowering of heresies and extraneous wisdoms of nonsense that are awakening [and] originating in every generation, in these generations of ours.

לכבוד נשיא ישראל, בת עיני וליבי, מר ש.ז.שזר, שזכה ברחמים וניסים גדולים מאת ה', להרגיש, (להרגשה חדה להאמין) ולהאמין בהצדיק האמת, אב החכמים וראש לכל בחירי צדיקיא יחידי הדורות וחותר ביגיעות עצומות, בלב בוערת ויוקדת כגחלת אש, לגדל ולפרסם בכל העולם את שם הצדיק, הבעל הבית של העולם, והחן והפאר וההידור והיופי של כל העולם, שמגלה ומאיר אלקותו לכל באי העולם, (ועל ידו יהיה תיקון העולם בשלמות). ה' יגמור מה שהתחיל להפליא להפליא עמך פלאי פלאות כאלה עד שתזכה לחזות בנועם ה'. ועיקר תיקון העולם בכל דור ודור הוא רק על ידו.

הכל יודעים, שאין שום קביעות בזה העולם, ובהכרח לזוז מכאן בהעברת רגע קלה, כי כל הזמן אינו נחשב אפילו לרגע, למי שמשים ליבו ודעתו היטב אל פריחת הזמן יותר מעוף הפורח, וצריכים להתגבר מאד לבלי לשכוח את עצמו. הזהר והזהר ושמור נפשך מאד, שלא תשכח (כל הטובות והחסדים והניסים ונפלאות שחמל עליך השם יתברך), בכל עת עוצם החסד והרחמים שחמל עליך השם יתברך (שעשה עימך השם יתברך) לקרבך אל הצדיק האמת, אשר לא יספיקו כל ימינו להודות ולהלל על זה.

חטוף ואכול, חטוף ואכול המאכלים של הצדיק בכל יום ויום כל מה דאפשר, גם בכל העסקים והטרדות שיש לך. (והטרדות רבות)

קליפת המן עמלק רוצה להתגבר בכל דור בכפירות ואפיקורסות, על ידי הקושיות והחקירות שאי אפשר לישבן עכשיו בשום אופן. אבל השם יתברך לוחם עימו בכל דור ומכניע אותו על ידי הצדיק האמת, בחינת משה ומרדכי, שזכה למדרגה גבוה כל כך, עד שיכול להמשך אחדותו יתברך גם למקומות הרחוקים מאד מאד, לתוך תוקף התגברות הכפירות וחכמות חיצוניות של הבל, המתעוררים המתחדשים בכל דור בדורותינו אלה.
