Hashem and Moshe
HH
Today the most universal way - among the Torah observant Jews - of referring to G-d, is "Hashem". The Ramchal already points out that one should meditate strongly on how Hashem is the same letters as Moshe. Rabbainu revealed that all the exiles are because of lack of daas (realization of knowledge), and daas is the true tzadik, the aspect of Moshe, who is the collective daas of Israel. Thus we see that the Jews are on the path of rectifying this huge defection, which was most apparent by Korach who outright denied the supremacy of Moshe, but had bitter residue and ripples throughout all of Israel throughout the ages, and by referring to G-d as His Name - Hashem, in the letters of His true tzadik Moshe, slowly Israel rectifies itself, and fully acknowledges the critical role of the true tzadik Moshe.

Koachvay Ohr (Stars of Light) - article 29
Once,
there was a fire in Breslov, and afterwards our teacher Rabbi Nussun
o.b.m. went with some other men to see the place which was burnt
down, and he saw a homeowner crying very much and searching for any
piece of wood or metal which he would yet need when building his
house anew, and he collected them one by one. Rabbi Nussun spoke up
and said to his men, “Did you see! How this homeowner, whose house
was burnt down, even still he does not despair of himself from
returning to build it, and he collects all the things that he will
need when he builds. So it is in spirituality as well, even though
the ‘bal duvur’ (-litigator – Satan) rises very strong over a
person, and just about burns him down completely, even still it is
forbidden to despair of oneself, just it is necessary to collect and
search for some good points from the midst of the many since he
blundered in, and through this he will merit to truly return to
Hashem Yisburach, as is explained in the Torah-lesson ‘Azamra’ -
Torah 282 (of Likutay Moharan).

Beer
HH
When you pour beer into a cup, the foam and froth rises up even spilling out. In Yiddish cup means head - and that is exactly what happens when most people drink beer (pouring it into their head) - the foam and frost rapidly fills their brain and all types of garbage comes out of their head.
