No excuse

Being scared is a valid excuse, of course it has to be addressed and fixed but in the interim it is understandable and acceptable. However when someone proclaims with defiance and arrogance that he is not a Jew with trembling knees, he's proud and strong and not scared of anything, so the question presents itself and there is no longer any excuse: Why didn't you build the holy temple?! Why didn't you reinstitute the study of the holy Torah of Rabbi Nachman into the education system, at least something, his stories, something, some element of holiness?!  Instead, for decades you involved yourself in empty politics, kidnapping children, selling out the holy Land, and all of this you did, not because you were scared but out of proud arrogance?! May we not know from such vain revolting pride ever.

Prepare Love for Judgement Day

Most people don't give much thought about the future reckoning one must give after passing on from this world to the next. Those that do, if they share some of my sentiments, wish to quickly shrug off the whole affair, writing off our lackings and bad conduct as almost unavoidable turnabouts of human nature; things were hard and compelling and we did what we did, and so if we must, we'll just pay the price and get on with it.

If this is the fail safe, we are going to be in for a big shock. Facing us is not going to be just a demanding accounting, but the welcome of the most powerful and unadulterated love which HY loves us and believes in us, and in this light we will not be able to excuse ourselves at all; what were we thinking, how did we disappoint someone who loved us so much unequivocally.
