This blog has been BLOCKED and banned!

HH at least two people have told me that their internet provider blocks my blog B"H, they proposed that it is just another example of the impediments on the proliferation of holiness, however I suspect that it has something to do with some descriptive posts in which I discuss and correlate holy devotions to what people consider pleasures of this world, the logarithms of the censors probably picked up on them and flagged them. Since posting them I have learned from the newly published book which I merited to translate into English - The Fires of Israel, that it is far more powerful not to discuss these things explicitly and blatantly, the more ambiguous, nondescript, and enigmatic they are, the more they have potency and effectiveness, the more impact they pack. Even still I am not rash to remove them, at least for the time being. There might also be an option of calling up the different internet providers and pleading my case, but I can't see myself doing that either as of right now. May HY grant me the wisdom and the temimus to do what most sanctifies His holy name.

ONE MILLION views on the youtube!!! Na Nach!

Today I saw that B"H between my good friend Shimon Kreisel and myself - we have reached over  1,000,000 views on the youtube.


Shimon joined the youtube in 2007 and shortly after he was completely won over to the holy campaign of Rabbainu Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman - and in 2008 he began launching Nanach videos, including the famous "Rabbi Nachman, Nachman MayUman" song, which itself garnered over 300,000 views (and many many more, from other people who put up the song), and together with his other videos, some of them quite amazing B"H, he has reached close to 556,000 views!

The primary youtube channel I started in 2008, has now reached close to 445,000 views B"H! Originally I called the channel ancientlyoung (based on the blind beggar of the seven beggars of the Legendary Tales of Rabbainu) - because I was still very uncertain whether I wanted to be found on the internet at all, and was just braving out for the sake of Rabbainu.

So it took us a bit short of 10 years, and between the two of us we have 1000 subscribers B"H, and close to 1700 Nanach videos.

This big fat chusid and his friends stopped me they were all excited to see me and insisted on doing a little video. So he tells me, "My mother loves you!"

A yeshiva boy who I think was wearing a lubo kipa also was excited and insisted on a little video, he said he recognized me from the youtube! He says his brother is into my videos.

Charity for its own sake

Although B"H I'm almost never asking for charity, unless it is for a worthy cause other than myself, people are coming over now and again to give me some, B"H. What I really like - and this happens now and again -- when I am outside on a public wifi surfing the net and attending to my various internet concerns, and have people give me charity then... for then it is more clear that I am not being given the charity for any learning I might have, or any righteousness... just for wearing a Nanach beanie....

Jammer by the holy tomb!!!

B"H maybe you saw today in the news that the U.S. fined a Chinese company tens of millions of dollars for selling jammers to Americans -- jammers are illegal in the U.S. but apparently they are not illegal in the Ukraine! The late manager of the holy tomb Nussun Elchadad bought and hooked up this jammer by the holy tzion to prevent people from violating the serenity and sanctity of the holy grave with telephone calls and internet. The problem with his plan is that if the jammer would be put into action, it probably wouldn't last very long.... So here you see the jammer in the little office of Peretz the gabbai in back of the tzion.
